Autonomy of the Social Partners and Collective Agreements Unofficial title

The autonomy of the social partners is to be respected. Member States should be able to allow the social partners, under specific conditions, to maintain, negotiate, conclude and enforce collective agreements which differ from certain provisions of this Directive, while respecting the overall protection of platform workers.
