Recital 55

The obligations of digital labour platforms, including with regard to information and consultation in respect of automated monitoring systems and automated decision-making systems, apply irrespective of whether such systems are managed by the digital labour platform itself or by an external service provider which carries out data processing on behalf of the digital labour platform.
